Advanced Handgun 401 offers the experienced handgun shooter a challenge as we take existing skills to the next level.

Instant decision shoot or don’t shoot scenarios challenge your situational awareness as we work you and your teammates through the reactive stations of this energetic training course. Compromised shooting positions, bilateral shooting, backup gun training, teamwork, stress drills, and visible progress keep you engaged through each segment of this intense range day. Movement, timers, hostage situations, and moving reacting targets add pressure and enforce solid handgun foundations. This is a training day you won’t forget and a certificate you’ll proudly hang on your wall.

Previous Accurate Advantage training not required with a proctored pistol competency protocol test.

Required:

-Primary Full-size Handgun and at least 5 magazines / Revolver must be 6 shot or higher, shooter must have at least 6 speed loaders

-Concealed carry sized “backup” handgun with at least 2 magazines – secondary full-size handgun acceptable with 2 mags

-Backup firearm in case of gun failure advised, but not required

-Sturdy OWB Hip Holster and at least 1 double magazine / speed loader pouch

-Concealed Carry holster and magazine pouch

-800 rounds factory ammunition – no personal reloads please, factory re-manufactured acceptable

-Handheld high output flashlight, or weapon mounted light

-Knee pads or padded pants for compromised shooting positions

Clothing will get dirty, plan accordingly
