These are the terms and conditions that apply to every sale or complementary class obtained on our website, in person, or by any other means. If you do not agree to these terms then please cancel your pending sale.
Course fees must be paid in full prior to training to reserve a slot in your desired course unless otherwise directed by your instructor.
Before payment, all course dates and time slots are available on a first come, first served basis and will be granted to the earliest transaction time stamp.
If applicable, rental firearms, range fees or ammo used during training will be digitally invoiced after your course, due within 30 days.
Cancelled & Rescheduled Courses
At some point you might schedule or pay for a course but not be able to attend. When this happens you can request to reschedule your class, but fees will apply. There may be situations when you need to request a refund, and you may be able to get a partial refund. Here are the details.
Range Fees: When you cancel any course and request a refund, you will still be required to pay the range fee (these fees are prepaid for your course by Accurate Advantage). If your course was at BRSP the range fee is $25; if the course was at RCSP, the range fee is $15.
Refunds or course credit cannot be issued if requested on or after the training date(s) of a class cancelled by the student.
Refunds or course credit cannot be issued after two or more attempts have been made to rebook a course cancelled by the student.

Cancellation & Rebooking Details
A cancellation of any course costs the student the following:
- Cancellations made the day of your scheduled course receive no refund.**
- Cancellations made 1-7 days prior to training receive only a 50% refund of the original course cost. **
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to training receive a 80% refund of the original course cost.**

Rebooking a course 1-6 days prior to your course for a later training date costs the student the range fee, see above, (shooting courses only), with 50% of the remaining course fee transferring to the next scheduled course date.
Rebooking a course 7 or more days prior to your course for a later training date costs the student the range fee, see above, (shooting courses only), with 70% of the remaining course fee transferring to the next scheduled course date.
Requesting course credit 1-6 days prior to training for a course you cannot attend costs the student the range fee, see above, (shooting courses only), with 50% of the remaining course fee transferring to ANY group training offered within the calendar year of the requested credit.
Requesting course credit 7 or more days prior to training for a course you cannot attend costs the student the range fee, see above (shooting courses only) with 70% of the remaining course fee transferring to ANY group training offered within the calendar year of the requested credit.
Refunds or course credit cannot be issued if requested on or after the training date(s) of a class cancelled by the student.
Refunds or course credit cannot be issued after two or more attempts have been made to rebook a course cancelled by the student.
No refunds can be applied to cancelled non-gun courses – the course fee will automatically transfer to the next scheduled training and the student will be kept informed of credit applied to future training dates by email.
Those wishing to extend course credit to the next year will be charged a $20 extension fee. All students with course credit on file with Accurate Advantage are notified quarterly by email of their balance.
Other Purchase Terms
Gift card balances spend like cash with Accurate Advantage and Carry Tailored and can be applied to any training, in addition to range fees, ammo purchases or gun and gear rental.
Pre-purchased Course Vouchers do not include range fees, gun or gear rentals, or ammo all of which, if applicable, are invoiced after the voucher has been applied to a training session.
Private / Customized Instruction (PCI) course fees do not include range fees, rentals, or ammo. Pre-paid PCI courses that are cancelled or rebooked incur the applicable range fee (see above) and are refunded regardless of cancellation timeline less 50% of the original PCI session cost.
